Lies Catch Up

My message for Donald Trump: Why should you never lie on a farm? Because the potatoes have eyes, the corn has ears. (And the beans stalk).

CC…..if you were ever to meet him what would you actually say?   I’m curious because I wonder what I would say.

I mean, I’m pretty sure what I’d say to George W or Bill, but this one?

He better pick the most defensible lies and stick with them

Weak dollars help exporting industries such as Big Oil, while hurting the purchasing power of non-exporting businesses – the vast majority of us. As almost every start up business is a non-exporting business, a weak dollar decreases the purchasing power and capitalization, which in turn stifles job creation.
A weakening dollar is inflationary, as the productive power of non-exporting businesses shrink, more dollars chase fewer goods and services. Too bad if you are a creditor, but if you are a major debtor like trump, you’ll be able to pay your debts with debased money.
However, if the kochs and other Oil Barons, Dukes, and Princes sell more, and trump can pay his debts with funny money, who are WE to complain about mounting unemployment and diminishing Social Security ?

This week’s TX school shooting: Why would they charge a teen with assault with a deadly weapon instead of attempted murder?     He shot a girl 5 times & witnesses said he stomped on her body because he was out of ammo.  (That’s the charge, pending his psych test to see if they can try him as an adult or not.)

Yeah bill and GW are easy…….I know exactly what I’d say to them, but this guy……I’m thinking along the lines of, “Dude……ya shoulda quit while you was ahead…….”

But is that quip what you’d say to him if you somehow wound up in an elevator, say, for a minute or two?

Alex Azar.   The fox is in charge of the henhouse.  So much for lowering drug prices. Big pharma sucks.

I’d tell Donny to keep his hands where I could see ‘em.  Probably say that to Bill, too.  To W I’d say, hiya cuz & then I’d ask him if he thinks painting the wounded helps absolve him of putting them in harm’s way in the first place.

I’m wondering……..if you actually had a minute with the guy…..what would you actually say……..

If w or strumpet got on my elevator, I would have to jump off immediately lest I commit something that would be famous down through the ages.

But, thanks for asking.

In myrtle beach early seventies I worked with this bass player who had a perfect Prince Valiant hair-do…..I went by his motel room early one evening to drop off a hit of speed and he was in front of the mirror……..wrapping that mass of side hair around and over his old bald head and spraying it down with something like black contact cement……..it took him 45 minutes to arrange that thing and then he come out on stage sounding like  some kind of goof-ball from outside the carnival……

XR – I agree.  No way could I talk to them.  My big concern is if SFB or the secretary walk through where I work and I am caught off guard.  I work where we have background investigations and security clearances so SS has little to do to ensure we are okay.

Now that we know SFB wants to speak on oath to Mueller, we know he is going for an insanity plea.

I’d tell W………you son of a bitch……..I ate Hot dogs for 6 fucking years.  You son of a bitch.

And then I’d say, “Got time for a beer?”

Those people creep me the fuck out, but I’ll drink a beer with most anybody

Now that we know SFB wants to speak on oath to Mueller, we know he is going for an insanity plea. – Ms Bronc

I wish that I’d thought of this. It seems to make sense of vast mountains of his lunatic behavior.

To SFB I’d be tempted to say ” I understand said you’d be happy to talk with Mueller under oath. We’re all looking forward to you doing that.”

To Obama I would say “ You have no idea how much I miss you as President. To be preceeded by Bush and followed by Trump, the great job you did is so obvious. “

To Shrub I’d like to say “You had a couple, well, one, great moment. And I’ll always hold Cheney against you.”

Katherine Graham Cracker

I wouldn’t say anything to SFB  I would turn my back

To Obama you screwed up with the pot issue and should have done what you said about the lobbyists

For Shrub – I would say he is a better X then he was president.Same for Carter

For me Obama is very much like Carter. smart nice guy but totally clueless as to how politics is played on the national level. they both preferred to stay above it  and it got them nowhere.

Shrub = Hoover, His economic problem was the mass movement of our manufacturing base over seas. Everybody wants to blame Clinton but it happened on Bush’s watch for a long 10 years (from 2000 to 2010) and he did not stop it. Most likely for the same reason that Hoover  was powerless during the great depression. They both were hampered by  their economic philosophy. Best thing Shrub did was get out of the way in the economic crises of 2008.

As to SFB he most definitely will be a better ex, He sets the standard for bad, Buchanan finally gets some relief.

If I was on an elevator with Trump and if he spoke to me. I would just hold up my hand and say ” Stop, not interested”  the safest thing is to just stare at the door praying it hurries up and opens.

Craig even if Mueller catches Trump with the hand in the cookie jar, so what? The Republicans have made clear they aren’t going to do anything. And given the shape of the economy 2018 will be an incumbent election so the odds of the Dems getting control? Not looking good.

So We are stuck with him and the Republicans until 2020.

The shape of the economy was good in 2016, but trump nearly won the election. Almost half the country thought that the bush Depression was Obama’s fault.

Anyway, by November the economy won’t look so rosy.
