Washington Post: “Special counsel Robert S. Mueller III is seeking to question President Trump in the coming weeks about his decisions to oust national security adviser Michael Flynn and FBI Director James B. Comey.”
Things have to go in the right order. Next is pence.
Then comes the First ‘Exotic Dancer’ of the United States. (She served as translator for trump and kislyak.)
Only then should we grill the John-in-Chief.

Interesting Mueller wants to question Trump about firing 2 people who are cooperating with the investigation. Also, Trump and company cannot assume that’s all Mueller wants to ask about.
I like to imagine a white board with stick on 3X5 cards and string going from one to another to another. All tying together who did what with whom and when. All strings lead to SFB, the one card in the center. Would he have made the treason call? Hard to say. But, his mental condition may have led him to think he was beyond the power of the law.
Day one back in the office after the five hours of furlough. Many of us needed time to recognize the work place again. To find the restrooms or elevators. Being on furlough can be disorientating and the longer you are not in the office the more you forget. Five hours! Some went home and took a workday nap. Very disorientating. Others used the time to practice being retired. You can feel the relief of those returning to work with their plants and lunches.
Trump team desperately trying to avoid a live interview with Mueller. So telling.

Forgot to mention that my copy of Fire and Fury, 1st Edition 20th printing, arrived. I need to take a picture of me and the book to tweet so Tom Steyer can see it, to take place tomorrow. I am happy to have this very important book in my collection.
I think everyone should read a book or two about a current event concerning the president. Tell all, or kiss and tell, it does not matter. Getting a view of the president that you do not have helps expand your thinking. It has been a while since I read the Nixon era books. The same for Carter, Reagan and several others.
I am looking forward to some real screamers from the SFB staff to show up.

If you have never read her, start with the Left Hand of Darkness. You will never stop reading until you make your way through everything she wrote.
Rest in Peace, Ursula Le Guin.
Ursula Le Guin deserved the Nobel in Literature for The Left Hand of Darkness, The Dispossessed, The Word for World is Forest, the Lathe of Heaven, among others. ‘The Left Hand’ is absolutely extraordinary.
Ms Le Guin delved into deep subjects from a feminine but not soft pov. She wrote literature in a genre format and was one of the best writers in the late 20th century.
Her later stuff was magnificent and her early stuff was a fun read.
All I can say is thanks for the thought provoking ideas.

I always meant to read Ursula Le Guin, but somehow I just haven’t gotten to it. There’s no reason. More books get missed than read, I suspect. But oh what a journey I shall have when I finally do get to them.

My hunch? Mueller is luring Trump into thinking obstruction of justice the issue when money laundering is the real crime.

Flatus – I have the book sitting next to me while I plan my reading of it. The index looks very good. I think it will be very useful to match indictments to events or conversations.
