bId – White Hat types try to stay legal so they continue to get work. These are the people hired by companies to try to break into their systems, email, social media and things like that. They find the vulnerabilities and holes to help toughen things up. They might have started out as Black Hat, learned a lot and decided to be a good guy.

The tools they use are numerous as there are innumerable systems with various security tools that have to be defeated. There are multiple levels starting with the password, pin or physical security. large passwords are important. Adding the secondary phone or email confirmation, the two factor, makes it even more difficult.

Leading to IF a hacker team working for a nazi wanted to break the voting systems in several states, how and what would they do? I could not list all the software needed, probably a few are on the Dark Web. Not all states use the same systems. I have thought about this a little bit. The best way would be to attack when the votes are loaded from the local to the county, discrepancies would be more difficult to see at this point. Trying to break the voting booth numbers would be local things. I remember one little village in Alabama that consistently had more votes then living people. Easy to see issue. But, when those numbers and the rest of the county numbers are being mixed into larger numbers, a few extra or less might not be picked up in the stream to the master database. It might be possible to get through the filters and checks.

I’m thankful my recent intense dealings with Social Security got settled just before this. Had to go through quite a few hoops, lots of phone calls and website sessions to fix their screw-up, even enlisted the help of our Rep. Eleanor Holmes Norton, whose case worker dealt with local SSA office. As irritating and time-consuming as that was, I can’t imagine what it would have been like under this regime.

NBC: A growing number of Donald Trump’s allies are calling on the president to fire his national security adviser, Michael Waltz, to try to mitigate the political fallout.

Hearing at 9:30am on White House ban of Associated Press reporters. US District Court Judge Trevor McFadden will be calling witnesses. After all the parties are heard, the judge could rule immediately. I don’t see much difference from the case Jim Acosta won when they tried to ban him.

Craig – I don’t think Walz is the target. Looking through the names there are two, perhaps three, that would satisfy some even more.

PatD, it appears Waltz is the one who put Goldberg on the call. And my hunch is he’s a longtime Goldberg source, our at least that’s what the MAGAts will persuade Trump to think, and fire him.

craigcrawford

Yep, BB, you’d think Hegseth putting all that targeting detail in an unsecured chat would get him fired.

The 5 things Pete Hegseth did last week
– Shared attack plans on an unsecured commercial chat application.
– Denied doing it.
– Denied the plans were classified.
– Denied the plans were plans.
– Attacked the journalist who proved he was lying.

BB, if not sending witnesses it’s likely they’re just waiting for the judge to rule against them so they can provoke death threats

No witnesses, no statements, no media reporting “what the WH said”. Or, WH says out of control by judiciary, unelected judges, etc, trying to build up case to be dictator for life.

I think the continuing drop of stuff off of the interwebs of personal data, including contacts with media and others, is building the case to drop Hegseth, Tulsi, and pick one from the list. With krasnov drifting deeper into dementia he might not remember who and why he picked the persons, shedding his protective arms on his cult.

The contact details for Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, national security adviser Mike Waltz, and Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard were found online, with some of them still connected to services such as LinkedIn and WhatsApp.

German news outlet Der Spiegel reported Wednesday that it was able to find phone numbers, email addresses, and in some cases, passwords for top officials including Hegseth, national security adviser Mike Waltz and Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard.
Der Spiegel reported that many of the numbers and email addresses that were freely available on the internet still appear to be in use, and in some cases linked to social media accounts and LinkedIn profiles. The outlet found that some of the numbers are also linked to WhatsApp profiles and Signal accounts.

*Add to that, four US soldiers dead in Lithuania; this administration wanting to call them missing, but NATO saying they are dead. Orange Adolf says he’s clueless.

*Add to that, folks being kidnapped in the street and moved across state lines, without due process; others being taken to another country and we have no idea who they are…but one man was sent to El Salvador for having an AUTISM AWARENESS tattoo.

*Add to that, kidnapping victims in an overcrowded concentration camp (KROME in FL) dying from lack of water and medical care.

Orange Adolf & his administration sure are acting like n@zis, and Republicans in Congress sure seem to be following orders. Nuremberg awaits.

https://www.cnn.com/2025/03/26/europe/european-union-stockpile-member-states-intl-latam/index.html

EU urges citizens to stockpile 72 hours’ worth of supplies amid war risk

The 18-page document warns that Europe is facing a new reality marred with risk and uncertainty, citing Russia’s full-scale war in Ukraine, rising geopolitical tensions, sabotage of critical infrastructure, and electronic warfare as prominent factors.
The Commission’s European Preparedness Union Strategy says citizens across the continent should adopt practical measures to ensure they are ready in case of an emergency. This includes having enough essential supplies to last them for a minimum of three days, the document says. “In the case of extreme disruptions, the initial period is the most critical,” it says.

Overall, civilians should be encouraged to foster self-reliance and psychological resilience, the document states.

*At least the rest of the world is taking this seriously.

All of the canned beans won’t save anyone from nukes, but with enough shovels…

T.K. Jones (deputy undersecretary of defense for research and engineering, strategic, and theater nuclear forces under Reagan) claimed that the US could recover fully from nuclear war in two to four years, saying that “everybody’s going to make it if there are enough shovels to go around. Dig a hole, cover it with a few doors, and then throw three feet of dirt on top. It’s the dirt that does it.”

Other IC agencies, not U.S., are looking into the little group of idiots. They are coming across some things about Pete Hegseth that are raising a lot of concern. One is he has russian email and phone connection. Foreign agencies may release more as it looks like he is not wanted by other countries to have access to their information.
There is also info about the others which is being released.
They have their own spies in the russian agencies.

So much for their boasts that Dems are on the run: “Trump pulls Elise Stefanik’s nomination after last-minute panic over losing House seats” https://www.axios.com/2025/03/27/trump-elise-stefanik-nomination-un

Dumbass just now figuring out you shouldn’t pick 3 House members for your cabinet when you only have 220 Republicans, now down to 218! And upcoming special elections could cost them the whole House.

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/us-politics/elon-musk-voters-wisconsin-supreme-court-b2722480.html

Elon Musk hands out $1m to voter in desperate attempt to flip Wisconsin’s Supreme CourtMusk’s political committee, America PAC, announced that Scott A, from Green Bay, Wisconsin, was the first to be gifted the surprise million-dollar donation for signing up
“Exciting to announce our first million-dollar award for supporting our petition against activist judges in Wisconsin! Next million dollar award will be announced in 2 days”, the world’s richest man posted on X late Wednesday.

The open seat race will decide which party controls the Supreme Court in the Badger state, a major battleground. More broadly, it could be viewed as a referendum on President Donald Trump’s first two months in office.

*Not really a referendum if Elon is paying for folks to vote for a candidate, just folks who need money. If Elon wanted to save TeSSla, he would do an about face, ditch DOGE, and pay taxes & get other wealthy folks to do the same. Pain and poverty could be wiped out if it weren’t got unquenchable greed.

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/mar/27/mike-waltz-venmo

Mike Waltz left Venmo account public in further security breach

A Venmo account with the name “Michael Waltz”, which bore a picture of Waltz, was visible to the public until Wednesday afternoon, Wired reported. Waltz’s 328-person list of friends included accounts that appeared to belong to Walker Barrett, a National Security Council staffer, and Susie Wiles, the White House chief of staff – whose account was also public.
The Signal chat leak raises questions about accountability in Trump’s cabinet

Both Wiles and Barrett were part of the Signal chat, news of which rocked Washington this week and led to Democrats to call for Waltz and the defense secretary, Pete Hegseth, who shared timings of forthcoming airstrikes and their results, to resign.

Last year Wired reported that JD Vance, then the nominee for vice-president, had left his Venmo public. His friend list revealed a host of connections including the people behind Project 2025, the rightwing plan for government that Trump was forced to distance himself from during the campaign but which appears to have greatly influenced the direction of his second term in office.

*Venmo? I’d like some forensic accounting, please.

“Rep. Don Bacon (R-Neb.) said the White House is “in denial” that the information shared was not classified or sensitive. Sen. Roger Wicker (R-Miss.), chair of the Senate Armed Services Committee, said there would be an investigation.”

*Tammy Duckworth exposed Hegseth’s lie about there being nothing definitive. She said it gave the timing for drones, and noted that the F-18s would follow to that spot two hours later. It could’ve turned out horribly. Most Republicans in Congress don’t seem to care.
