  1.     The morning has started quite well, watched the weather report on the local television station, WBAL.  Switched off the cable and watched an X File program.  Followed that with Tea with the Dames on Amazon Prime.  This is a good morning.
Next up will be a nice early morning nap.
    Happy Holidays.

  2. Good morning and winter greetings for the holiday of your choice.  So far we have the third night of Hanukkah, a Christmas tree, Tamales in the fridge, and a son asking if you can hang cats from the Festivus Pole.  Apparently extended howls are the recommended background music for the airing of grievances.

    In any case.

    ENJOY

  3. If we go to the city, into the city fair; if we go to the city we just might can find you there, and we’ll go honky Tonkin’.

  4. Sturge I’m looking out at Jersey City from Battery Park City. No water taxis or ferries leaving the Battery Park terminal this morning. Quiet, sunny and pretty morning. We’re gonna go up to hang out at LP’s apt. and cook Christmas dinner in a couple hours. Laid back Christmas in New York City. Have fun in joisey. If you head into the city, if you go into the city fair, call me and we’ll see if old Hank is there. feel free to give me a call Three oh for cigs seben seben oh neon cigs seben.

  5. well, mince meat pie baked, goose roasting, giblets cooking and getting set to prep braised brussels with buttered pecans.  must take a breather.  time for a musical interlude with our muppet friends on this 1st day of the 12 days of christmas

  6.  “You may have mistaken ideas, you may have made a complete mess of things, but the Lord continues to love you.”

  7. KumCho and I were out exploring England when a flight of Swan joined us on our starboard flank. Amazing creatures in their natural habitat.
    Fond holiday wishes to all!

  8. I won’t tell you for what or where, but one of my passwords is “Elizabeth Blackwell”.  While watching West Wing reruns Stockard Channing as Abby Bartlett just gave the President a tongue lashing for not knowing the accomplishments of Dr. Blackwell.

That was fun.  Love it when art imitates my life.  I now have a collection of four.  🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂

  9. I’m sure neither Harrison nor Blackwell intended to let tyler become president. I mean, Harrison paid a huge price for that. Blackwell not so much.

  10. Merry Christmas!  Sunny & 70! Crosse & Blackwell has a meatless, mincemeat filling that reminds me of my grandmother’s citrusy-tomato preserves.  Anyway, it’s good on toast.

  11. I spent the day with my sisters and families,  now I am sitting in my motel room getting ready for bed with head phones on listening to Vivaldi.
What a perfect way to wind down
    Thankyou Jamie
