Made it to Thursday.
A bit about the airplane helicopter crash in the Potomac River. I have seen so many comments about why the helicopter was there; why was the plane there; and a lot of other things asking about, or telling some made up truth.

National Airport is literally in the Potomac River. It has difficult approaches and the runway in use last night is “short” along with requiring the pilot to do most of the work of landing, instead of computers. Planes are not allowed to the East over the monuments, WH, Capitol building, Mall, so that adds to the stress of flying into National.

Adding to the congestion issues is the Pentagon, multiple military bases, and security for D.C. Helicopters are the goto method of getting around for the brass. They usually fly along the rivers, Potomac, Anacostia, and several others to keep the noise away from populations. Also the Chesapeake Bay.

National is the countries busiest airport with flight landing and taking off all day and night.

So juggling all that traffic is a major challenge. Crashes in US aviation are rare. This one will be scrutinized to the last fiber on the seats, blame will be assigned and lessons learned.Safety will be improved a smidge more. And I will never like flying in and out of National. We have two other airports, Dulles and Baltimore BWI, which are bigger and less exciting.

The Blackhawk has to be the culprit. Even so, everyday helo traffic routinely flies under approaching jet landing craft.

here is an illuminating scenario from a pilot who has flown that route a lot. He says a last-minute change in runways could be a cause..

“Eight years ago, we wrote the Indivisible Guideto organizing locally to pressure Congress and block the Trump agenda. Now, we’re offering our best advice on how everyday people can organize to stop Trump 2.0. There’s a lot we don’t know about what needs to be done. We’ll need to learn and experiment as we go. But we hope that this guide will be useful for people across the country who are grappling with what they can do in this moment. Our shared future depends on everyday Americans choosing to fight back.”

Between reduced travel safety and the political climate, Orange Adolf has effectively tanked the tourism industry. Sure, the rich Saudis will still show up, but they aren’t staying at Hilton, eating at a little, family restaurant, or shopping small, retail shops. With Harris, there would’ve been more SBA loans, and more jobs. Now, those businesses will close and jobs will be lost.

Jerome Powell is in a battle with Adolf to keep interest rates where they are. There’s a hiring freeze on bank examiners (assuming they do some of this to replace retiring staff), so how safe is our money…and will MuskRat decide that his DogeCoin is the only, valid currency?

It’s an intentional clusterf@&k

“The airplane was on a perfect and routine line of approach to the airport. The helicopter was going straight at the airplane for an extended period of time. It is a CLEAR NIGHT, the lights on the plane were blazing, why didn’t the helicopter go up or down, or turn. Why didn’t the control tower tell the helicopter what to do instead of asking if they saw the plane. This is a bad situation that looks like it should have been prevented. NOT GOOD!!!,” the president wrote.

“As the massive search operation continues, it’s worth noting that President Donald Trump signed an executive order called Keeping Americans Safe in Aviation last Tuesday.”

***

“During the prior administration, however, the FAA betrayed its mission by elevating dangerous discrimination over excellence. For example, prior to my Inauguration, the FAA Diversity and Inclusion website revealed that the prior administration sought to specifically recruit and hire individuals with serious infirmities that could impact the execution of their essential life-saving duties.”

“Illegal and discriminatory diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring, including on the basis of race, sex, disability, or any other criteria other than the safety of airline passengers and overall job excellence, competency, and qualification, harms all Americans, who deserve to fly with confidence. It also penalizes hard-working Americans who want to serve in the FAA but are unable to do so, as they lack a requisite disability or skin color. FAA employees must hold the qualifications and have the ability to perform their jobs to the highest possible standard of excellence.”

The Tangerine Tyrant is blaming the crash on (drumroll, please) DEI. He is scum.

It will be sorrowful and painful in the upcoming hours and days to learn more about the people whose lives were lost and the suffering of their families left behind. 💛

Of course if this DC crash was on Biden’s watch Trump would be saying ‘That never would have happened if I was president’.

It has been apparent from his past mourning behavior that FFFF cares nothing about the death of another unless their death can be exploited. These tragic deaths will be treated no differently. Expect a pageant, but no real commiseration with the grievers.

No doubt he’s thrilled for a timely national tragedy to eclipse his disaster-prone cabinet-appointee hearings.

Following Dear Leader.. Rep. Andy Ogles

They are never going to let go of their grudge against “quotas.” This type of rhetoric is guaranteed to increase the pain of the families, and project more pain elsewhere where it doesn’t belong, not that they care. Craven and heartless.

Now, he’s making a speech someone wrote for him, because someone told him his post was heartless. Blaming DEI for the crash, rather than the things he’s done yo make aviation less safe in a week. Lordy, he’s going back to Obama and Biden. DEI does not mean the bar is lowered, you FF! He’s going after veterans!

You know who else went after the disabled: N@zis
Remember how he told his nephew he should just let his disabled son die? He is a sociopathic monster.

So much for the heartfelt speech…he’s on to how great he is and his terrible everyone else is. His mother should’ve thrown herself down a flight of stairs to save us from him.

ps – I think the speech was timed to cut into The View.

Sprinks…
there is something called a “yard enforcer” sprinkler system that detects motion. We have one in the middle of our garden as we have lots of deer. It works. You can buy it on Amazon. You just have to remember to turn it off when you go to pick the vegetables or it will spray you.

How in hell did Reagan get away with firing 100% of the nation’s air traffic controllers in 1981? Somehow we got through it .So much so he got the airport named after him.

Reading the stuff that sfb spouted during his standup comedy routine was just a rehash of everything he is during the last eight years. Except now he is way out of the brain he started with, and that was defective at the start.

I do feel left out. He did his usual list of everything he hates, but he missed a favorite target, Transgender people. A daily go to of the worse of the worse of everything he hates, except I think he is Trans and is fighting wearing his dresses in public. Maybe this afternoon or tomorrow he will catch up and scream about us.

FFFF is operating from a siege mentality. He will go down to sleep in the bunkers sooner than we thought. There was one time when a small plane hit near one of the White House bedrooms.

On the evening of September 11, 1994, Corder stole the Cessna and departed from Harford County Airport in Churchville, Maryland[1] while severely intoxicated. The plane was noticed by radar technicians at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport several minutes before he tried to steer it into the wall of the White House. At 1:49 a.m., he hit the South Lawn and was killed on impact.

A friend in her 80s just called me, disgusted by Adolf going from condolences to bullsh/t so quickly, and that he apparently said the word. I muted him after awhile. Anyway, he has an octogenarian who voted for him ready to buy a gun because she sees this going squirrelly really quickly unless someone does something. I explained that it’s more than just him, so she needs to call her (POS) congressmen to complain. She won’t. She’s legal and elderly, but that wouldn’t make a difference to ICE, and fear is exactly what they are counting on.

Still hoping there’s a tech-savvy kid or two who can unleash the Epstein files, and anything MuskRat did to interfere with the election. We need keyboard heroes.

“A GENERAL STRIKE IS WHEN WORKING PEOPLE REFUSE THEIR LABOR UNTIL DEMANDS ARE MET • RESEARCH SHOWS WE NEED 3.5% OF THE POPULATION, OR 11 MILLION AMERICANS, TO BE SUCCESSFUL • THE STRIKE CARD BELOW TRACKS OUR PROGRESS SO WE ALL KNOW WHEN IT’S TIME TO STRIKE •”
And on that day, Adolf will send troops to cause chaos, and martial law will begin.

“…the Reichstag erupted in flames, sheafs of fire collapsing the glass dome of the plenary hall and illuminating the night sky over Berlin. Witnesses recall seeing the fire from villages 40 miles away. The image of the seat of German parliamentary democracy going up in flames sent a collective shock across the country. The Communists blamed the National Socialists. The National Socialists blamed the Communists. A 23-year-old Dutch Communist, Marinus van der Lubbe, was caught in flagrante, but the Berlin fire chief, Walter Gempp, who supervised the firefighting operation, saw evidence of potential Nazi involvement. When Hitler convened his cabinet to discuss the crisis the next morning, he declared that the fire was clearly part of a Communist coup attempt. Göring detailed Communist plans for further arson attacks on public buildings, as well as for the poisoning of public kitchens and the kidnapping of the children and wives of prominent officials. Interior Minister Frick presented a draft decree suspending civil liberties, permitting searches and seizures, and curbing states’ rights during a national emergency.”
