I’m still stuck on reading Dominion pleadings in FOX lawsuit. The Rupert deposition alone is a treasure trove. Here’s an interesting tidbit:

I bring up the verbiage “allows” because, well, who would be monitoring investors of these funds? What if they determine that environmentally-friendly businesses, or a bank that doesn’t support fossil fuels (if one exists), is a better investment because it won’t damage/sicken/kill the world? I know Exxon probably doesn’t care if it kills off its own customers or drives up the cost of healthcare by making folks sick or devaluing properly when there’s a spill, but those costs should absolutely be considered.
