Ingredients
1 pkg graham cracker pie shells – most contain 2 pie tins
3 large pkgs Philadelphia cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
juice of 2 lemons and rind (amount is to personal taste)
Optional
1 container sour cream
1/2 to 1 cup sugar.
Open cream cheese and place in large bowl to soften
add condensed milk
Whip until fluffy
Grate rind into small bowl set aside
Add juice to cheese mix and blend until smooth
Spread into pie shells
If desired stir sugar into sour cream and “ice” the pies
Sprinkle grated rind over top of pies
Refrigerate at least 2hours before serving
