  8. Don ‘t know much about stockholder lawsuits but looks like the FOX case presents an opportunity to learn. Angered by the mismanagement that led to what’s being called the biggest defamation payoff ever, some FOX stockholders are already seeking records for probable suits against the board of directors.

    Stockholders have a reason to be mad. The payoff to Dominion is more than twice the annual profits at FOX News.

Now that we know the greedy old perverts (long list of convicted gqp molesters) are focusing on their nightly dream people, you know the ones they publically hate, LGBTQ, especially T, we can see them returning to some of those they hate almost as much.  Why hate the poor? Because they cannot give them millions.  So they return to an old attack point, no welfare without work.  Okay, aside from those who are working but at minimum or less wages and no benefits, there are a few who cannot work, age, physical condition, mental condition.  Who cares, it sure sounds good to say “tough, get a job you slacker”.
     
    I was on Social Security disability for many years, it started when I was dying but no doctor could figure out why.  They all agreed, including the SS quack, not the SS shrink though, that idiot said I was a slacker and that once I am denied SS disability to come back and he would cure me.  Yeah, never forget that he did SS claiims full time as opposed to real doctors of anykind that do them occasionally.  At my judicial appeal I had some serious things going on, I was somewhat delusional due to something the doctors did not know, and I had a spinal disc pop out so I was a mess.  The judge ruled from the bench that I was to get SS disability and that it was obvious from the doctors I was nearing death.  There are a couple SS disability paths. One is temporary, one is permanent, the latter is expected death within a couple years or something like that.  I was on the short path.
     
    What happened was I lucked out and lived.  After a few years I met a nice man involved with getting disabled people jobs.  He “helped” me.  What I did not know was he screwed me big time, although I never thought he did it knowingly.  I was put in a SS disability program which required me to get a job within a certain time period.  Sociail Security disability would pay during that time period, I guess as a way of keeping food in your mouth.  Well, I was in my late 50’s, Trans, and 100% disabled.  No jobs, zero, nilch, nada.  And, it was during the Bush Great Recession/Depression.  Rules is rules. You gonna have to toughen up and get a job.  Not as a Wallymart greeter, not as a line cook at MickeyD’s, not as anything anywhere.  I was running out of time.
     
    Finally, a friend did some behind the scenes things and found me something, and I took it.  That helped continue SS disability for another year.  Then no more SSDI, they wanted two years back.  At least I was on unemployment for a year until I got lucky and the US government offered me a job.  I WAS LUCKY because I had so much in my work history and clearances.  Very few of the people on the various programs have anything like what I had to job hunt with.  Also, President Obama upped the federal hire the disabled programs which is how I was hired.  I helped managers check off the boxes.  Yup. I was lucky.
     
    So, anytime one of the gqp critters say “work requirement” I say toss them out of office and make them live on a dollar a day.

Wondering if the court formerly known as the supreme is having issues with making decisions nowadays.  They could have had all the headlines for the day if they had dumped out a decision regarding whether or not the FDA, and all federal departments and agencies, are allowed to make scientific decisions by nine am.  Nope, nothing yet.  Perhaps something got their attention.  Wait, wait, wait.

Might want to watch companies like NURX whose ads have popped up in TX in the past week or so.   It’s for mail order birth control without a doctor’s visit.   I’m guessing they are airing ads here because women in TX may be afraid of being targeted for going to an OB/GYN.  Birth control pills don’t help with cancer, etc., though. They need to be able to go to a doctor. The GQP judges and justices will kill women.  They don’t care. They are not pro life.  They are liars.

An update on who is attacking my life.  For many years the Russians (KGB/GRU/FSB/and others) were attacking my websites and email, and other things.  They suffered a major setback when President Obama kicked them out of Maryland.  It took many months for them to set up shop from KGB headquarters and other locations in Russia.
    Any time I made fun of puttie they would attack, on top of the usual attacks.  Soon the attacks died away, with weekends being hot, probably because they were training new people.
    Sometime in 2019 I noticed a trend that included Chinese peeking in but not trying to cause damage to my websites.  That has continued, actually having the Chinese as the number one, two and three of spies.  Why?  My guess is that the russians have sent the teams to Ukraine to be killed.  There is the possibility the Chinese found out why the Russians were interested in me.  I AM RETIRED, I HAVE NOTHING YOU IDIOTS
     
    of interest is they hacked my website, breaking a massive password and two factor confirmation, along with extra security features of the site provider.  Yeah, I need to talk to them about going to super duper extra big massive password now.  At least they recognize they mucked up my website.  Also, they do taunt me.  So I will know when their slimy asses have been blocked again.  When you hear talk about security and you have stuff you do not want out, consider not putting it up on the ‘net.  Put it on a thumb drive and put it in a safe.

  27. Ivy – thank you, there is little problem, other than being a pain when they mess up a website or brick a cell phone.  If they wanted to do anything they could have long ago.  They want to know what I know and that is something they cannot know.
