But Donald Trump Jr. — the president’s eldest son — seemed to confirm Comey’s version of events in a Saturday interview on Fox News as he tried to emphasize the fact that his father did not directly order Comey to stop investigating Flynn.

“When he tells you to do something, guess what? There’s no ambiguity in it, there’s no, ‘Hey, I’m hoping,'” Trump said. “You and I are friends: ‘Hey, I hope this happens, but you’ve got to do your job.’ That’s what he told Comey. And for this guy as a politician to then go back and write a memo: ‘Oh, I felt threatened.’ He felt so threatened — but he didn’t do anything.”

pogo, bet they would have won if they had only incorporated… at least then per scotus they would be persons.

wapo story “Chimpanzees are not ‘persons,’ appeals court says”

Chimpanzees are not legal persons who have a right to be free, a New York state appeals said in a ruling Thursday that denied a request to move two captive apes to a sanctuary.

If i hear the word “President”, followed by the name of the current office-holder (wretching), i replace it in my mind with “King Log”, now, so thanks, Sturge!

So far Trump is getting out-lawyered by Mueller, who’s hiring some of the best criminal experts on the market — Trump’s only got a bunch of real estate hacks with little or no criminal law experience

and this morning he called comey “cowardly”?

the guardianDonald Trump’s state visit to Britain put on hold

US president told Theresa May he did not want trip to go ahead if there were large-scale public protests

Donald Trump has told Theresa May in a phone call he does not want to go ahead with a state visit to Britain until the British public supports him coming.

The US president said he did not want to come if there were large-scale protests and his remarks in effect put the visit on hold for some time.

The call was made in recent weeks, according to a Downing Street adviser who was in the room. The statement surprised May, according to those present.

The conversation in part explains why there has been little public discussion about a visit.

The guy who fired Comey by having a bodyguard deliver a letter to DoJ when Comey was out of town has the (tiny) cojones to call Comey a coward?  I suggest that so-called President PG defines cowardice. Fugking Ashhole.

One reason we might be sorry El Presidente isn’t going to Britain.  Apparently there was a movement to moon Donald with the slogan:  Show Trump Your Rump

I find it very interesting that not one of the top law firms, or possibly any law firm, will represent the liar.  Seems his history of not paying for services, and not listening to advice, has come round to put a sick chicken on his head.  Which should add some white and black blobs to his yolk colored road kill squirrel tail.

Something very interesting to me is how fast the racist hate messages in SouthEast Virginia have disappeared.  But not replaced with SFB signs.  I think they got the message that he does not even think of them to not care about them.

His entire staff must be ready to do a Nixon staff panic.  Which one will be the Alex Butterfield?  The odds of SFB recording conversations is in his favor.  Who can imagine he would not try to always blackmail someone?

bb, yep, no doubt he has many, many little cameras strategically placed to record the star’s every move and utterance for his memoir movie.
