Is it time to change how grade schools are controlled from local taxes to a national funding? Make the change to a combination of national standards with local classes for local history? Should the Commerce Clause be looked at for the change? Make education for K-12 be a federal responsibility similar to the Peace Corp, but with better pay? States, counties, cities and school zoning will not have enough money for years after the SFB Depression is past. At a federal level there will be enough to make all K-12 successful, including Tribal education.
