    “Name one successful organization where the lowest-level employees’ decisions are deemed sacrosanct,” he said. “Letting the most junior members set the agenda might be a good philosophy for a Montessori preschool, but it’s no way to run a federal agency.”
    Comparing hard-working, highly trained public servants to kindergartners might pass as motivational leadership in the Bill Barr school of management. But to many DoJ attorneys, it summed up life in the Trump era.

    Barr apparently never understood (until after Dumbass lost) that his public statements are his legacy.  That’s the rule IMHO for every political operative who speaks for the boss.  Fauci may be the only one in Trump’s WH who got that and wasn’t willing to simply stand and nod as Former spun his yarns. Birks may get the Silver for looking like she was suffering from a severe and painful case of constipation when he asked about checking into putting bleach and bright lights into the body, but other than that one incident, she was just  one of the boys.
