  3. Dumbass Jr. testifies in the Dumbass fraud trial today. He’s whining about his Catskills fishing cabin being part of the suit because it’s owned by a Trumpco entity. Ummm, who “has” a cabin “owned” by a corporate entity? Dumbass Jr. Said this on Steve Bannon’s War Room podcast: 

    “We’ve never seen any of this before, but yes, they are, in effect, trying to do that,” Trump said. “If you read the letter of the law, theoretically, my cabin in upstate New York, because it’s owned in an LLC, that is a corporation, and therefore, because I’m a part of it, somehow that has to be disbanded.” 

    “And so well, so then what or who actually owns my cabin at this point?” he added. “This has been done in such a roughshod manner, no one even knows what is real or what isn’t. No one can make any sense of it.”

Therefore, on that fact alone, this Fake Case should be dismissed. Additionally, however, the Financial Statements Values are Conservative (LOW!), Mar-a-Lago is worth MUCH MORE than $18,000,000, there is a 100% Disclaimer Clause on the 1st page of the Statements, the Banks and Insurance Companies were paid in full, no defaults, they all made money, and there is no Victim (except me!). Leave my children alone, Engoron. You are a disgrace to the legal profession!

    A  time to remember our dead, It seems the trail mix list keep growing. One of the problems of growing old.
    I was over a my facebook page yesterday checking  each individual friend there, just to catch up on what they are doing. since I don’t go there very often face books algo loads my feed with few friends and a whole lot of garbage So it easier to just go to my friends list, it isn’t very long.
    I found I have lost another facebook friend, Alicia Knight, who used to post here as Divalicias, (I may have that spelled wrong as it has been a while)

  14. Sorry to here that Alicia (Diva) has left us.  Enjoyed her banter when she was here.
     
    When we used to travel to Cancun we’d go to a restaurant occasionally that had a Dia de los Muertos theme.  The place was a ton of fun and had very good food. I miss those trips but Mrs. P isn’t comfortable going there since the drug trade has reportedly moved into the tourist zone on the island.

  20. This was All Saints Day in my parochial school upbringing. We got the day off but not because our bellies were sick from too much candy.

    Today was the day that my mother peeled and cooked all of those Jack o lanterns we carved the day before. No trick or treating for this country kid. 
    BTW, my mother didn’t waste anything, it wasn’t easy raising 5 kids with a sick husband and no outside support.

  23. So, there are reports this morning of hooliganism here in the ‘hood. Apparently some big kids in trucks thought it was a good night to terrorize others out walking. This sounds reminiscent of the old Mischief Night which back in the day was the night before Halloween. Mostly consisted of soaping car windows. Trick or Treat time was for the little kids and sacrosanct. Kids got no respect these days.

  29. I don’t know what to make of the day.  We know sfb jr testified today and literally said nothing, or at least what I could find out online.
     
    I am so tired of crap software.  I finally found the deep way of finding Microsoft Onenote so I could kill it with a stake in the heart of the code, the liver, the throat, brain and whatever else I could find that needing death.  So far so good.  Also, I was sending Feliz dia de los muertos cards.  Yeah. The crap software kept changing “muertos” to “mujeros”.
     
    I used to write code to do stuff, but the garbage coming out now is embarrassing.
